Today, Cedar Grove is mainly comprised of residential communities and small businesses. Many of the businesses located within Cedar Grove are small family-run outlets such as convenience stores and mom-and-pop establishments. Cedar Grove has two separate school districts: Cedar Grove Township School District and the Verona Township School District.
